Once Upon a Bottom Line: Harnessing the Power of Storytelling in LeadershipSpeaker
: Sheryl Green
“Stories constitute the single most powerful weapon in a leader’s arsenal.” - Harvard University Professor Dr. Howard Gardner.
As children, stories were used to entertain us, inspire us, illustrate specific situations we may find ourselves in (and what we should do when we're in them), and most importantly, to teach us morals and values.
And they don't stop working when we grow up. The Once Upon a Bottom Line workshop will teach you how to incorporate stories into your employee communications.
Key Takeaways for Leaders:
- How to communicate with employees through the use of story
- The three most important stories you can tell
- How to structure your stories for maximum emotional engagement
